Allyson Iriarte is a PACFA-registered couples therapist and the founder of CONNECT for Couples. She works exclusively with couples, helping them communicate better, navigate conflict, and reconnect in meaningful ways. With specialised training in the Gottman Method (Levels 1 & 2), the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, attachment theory, and NLP, Allyson brings a practical, research-backed approach to every session. She also offers the CONNECT for Couples online program for couples who want to do deeper work at their own pace.
